I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff. The hotel's location was also great as it was near a mall and within convenient walking distance from the city center. The facilities were also top-notch, with clean and comfy rooms that were perfect for couples. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a diverse array of cold and cooked dishes available.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area on foot, with the train station and mall just a short walk away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The hot water wasn't always working properly and the internet was a bit slow. there were no refrigerators in the rooms which would have been helpful, and some of the staff members weren't very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.
