The suite had an excellent view that elevated the stay, yet an overwhelming sewer smell in the evening overshadowed this experience. Despite the responsive staff attempting to address the odor with deodorizers, the stench lingered throughout the night was nice. The marinated fish served during dinner was a good surprise, showcasing the hotel's culinary strengths. With a price that reflects its premium offering, a clean, well-maintained room is an expectation that wasn't met this time.

My stay was lovely, especially enjoying the daily changing breakfast menus with delicious Indonesian dishes and the refreshing scent wafting through the lobby when I arrived. The wellness options like the foot massage and facial were fantastic ways to unwind after long days out. The only downside was that the laundry service took longer than expected, but it didn't take away from my experience. 😊

We had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore the surrounding area on foot, with the train station and mall just a short walk away. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The hot water wasn't always working properly and the internet was a bit slow. there were no refrigerators in the rooms which would have been helpful, and some of the staff members weren't very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.
